We had a fantastic stay at Dorsett Wanchai during our family trip! The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for all of us after a long day of exploring the city.
The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, highly professional, and always eager to assist with any requests or directions. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around Hong Kong's top attractions.
Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a great, hassle-free place to stay in Hong Kong! We would definitely choose Dorsett Wanchai again on our next visit.

This was one of the good hotels I’ve stayed at in HK. The location is perfect — less than a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Station (Exit C), with lots of convenience stores, bars, and restaurants nearby, including local eateries and fast-food options like McDonald’s and Cafe de Coral. There’s also an airport bus stop nearby.
The staff were helpful, and the room was decently clean. Almost all the essentials were provided (kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, slippers, etc.). The room was spacious enough for two people with big luggage (we stayed in the Premier Earth Deluxe room).
Considering all these and the affordable price by HK standards, it was definitely a steal. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, very clean room, and a powerful, clean shower. The housekeeping staff was wonderful, and booking through Klook was convenient. If I have the chance to visit Hong Kong again, O'Hotel will definitely remain one of my top choices!

I was surprised to receive accommodation that was clean and very accessible to everything. It was completely opposite to what other people say about Chungking Mansions. We stayed at the Kyoto Guesthouse and I was truly amazed by how large the room was. It was a family room and impeccably clean. I even received my requested city view room. Although the comfort room was not particularly big, it was just right for its price. Regarding the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly.

service: You will be greeted by Sunny, he's a very nice person and he'll explain and assist you on all available facilities during your stay, including the laundry and the use of kitchen.
transport access: perfect transport access! it's right in front of the iconic pedestrian lane in TST, and across is the TST exit E MTR access and iSquare mall. You go right another MTR entrance along Nathan Road, go left and stroll around Avenue of the Stars. It is sooooo convenient
cleanliness: surprisingly clean! since chungking mansions is infamous for its not so good reviews, our stay is definitely comfortable, clean and cozy.

The eSIM worked really well during my stay in Hong Kong, especially around Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View and while traveling around the city. The internet was fast and stable, and activation was very easy. No need to buy a physical SIM or wait in line. Definitely convenient for travelers and I would use it again.
