Lotte Hotel Busan demonstrated excellent service. I had communicated my needs to the hotel in advance, and it was very convenient to be able to request a different pillow during my stay. I would be willing to visit again. (The duty-free shop is on the eighth floor.)

The room is ratherquiet with nice air conditioning. Staying for two days, the breakfast crowd is much better for my second day. Even for the former crowded one, this has been resolved with opening of a conference room for seats. Would be acceptable for such economical choice of stay.

The hotel has a great location, making shopping and dining very convenient. The service is also excellent, and they even helped order food delivery. I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

Hotel Location: Approximately a 10-minute walk from Seomyeon Subway Station.
Breakfast: Unlike Toyoko Inn locations in Japan, the breakfast is very plentiful and the menu changes daily.
