For a hotel that claims to be five-star, it is simply unacceptable that the cleanliness of the bedding cannot even be guaranteed. Unfortunately, the linens in our room were not properly clean, which was extremely disappointing and completely below the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel.
That said, the location is excellent and very convenient.
I would also like to give credit to the staff at the entrance. They were incredibly proactive, friendly, and helpful. Every time we left the hotel, they went out of their way to help us arrange a taxi. We truly appreciated their warm service, especially seeing them working so hard outdoors in the high temperatures.
The hotel clearly has some excellent staff, but the cleanliness of the bedding is a basic standard that should never be compromised, especially for a hotel positioning itself as five-star.
