Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay at Lotte Hotel in Busan. Great location right next to a department store, on top of the subway and conveniently placed near several different markets with good food and coffee nearby. The staff were wonderful and very good at anticipating your needs. They were able to hold my bags before and after my stay. The view from my window on the 32nd floor was spectacular. The only downside is travelling by subway to Gwangan or Haeundae beach is a long ride and often a busy train. If these are of interest, you might want to book closer to those locations. However, as a consequence of this, Lotte Hotel in Busan is centrally located for both the beaches and more southern city attractions like BIFF and Shinsegae. Highly recommend!

The view from hotel is great, there are many food places nearby the hotel (within 5-10 minutes) of walking distance. Staff were friendly as well, facilities were okay too. Overall, good stay in the hotel!

Nice hotel with great food around! Easy to get around as well even though we had a few luggages. We had the nicest egg sandwich at egg zone! Pls check the stall out. Walking distance from hotel. Hotel is very spacious and clean. Lotte departmental just downstairs
