Things to do in DMZ zone

A very good tour for those who wanted to know more about the history of South and North Korea. We really enjoyed the whole trip, thanks to our very energetic and friendly tour guide, Katie! She makes the whole trip alot better. She explained everything really well and speaks really good english. At first we thought this will be just a usual tour but we are wrong. This experience makes us wanted to do the JSA tour as well once it is open to the public again.

The tour was extremely smooth and interesting where each site was memorable. We even had the chance to eat delicious soybean ice cream at the reunification village. Hana was a warm, friendly and engaging tour guide, who was always ready to answer our questions and share informative tidbits about the sights. She even spotted someone cycling at the North Korean farms and pointed them out to us at the Dora Observatory! However please note that the route to the suspension bridge and the journey back up from the 3rd tunnel are quite steep, and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Overall, a day well spent in Paju and the DMZ, would definitely recommend!

Our trip to the DMZ in South Korea was an unforgettable experience, rich in history and insight. Our guide, "Happy Sam," was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations throughout the day. Sam’s kindness truly stood out. When my daughter became frightened halfway across the suspension bridge, he patiently encouraged her, held her hand, and walked with her both ways. He was consistently attentive, checking in on everyone in our group throughout the day. He even ensured we were all settled at lunch before taking a moment for himself, and he thoughtfully provided chocolates to boost our energy after all the walking. Sam is an amazing soul who turned our tour into a beautiful experience we will carry in our hearts forever. Highly recommended!

An eye-opening and unforgettable experience! We booked a DMZ tour, and it exceeded all our expectations. Thomas was fantastic from the start. He had a deep knowledge of Korean history, explaining the ongoing conflict clearly. I hope one day his wish will come true no more North and South Korea only Korea The itinerary was well-paced. We visited the Gamaksan Suspension Bridge first, which involved about 20 minutes of an uphill walk because we have senior citizens in our group. Then we headed to Imjingak Tourist Information Center and explored Imjingak before heading to the Third Infiltration Tunnel. The walk down the Third Tunnel is very steep and the ceilings are low. The highlight was looking through the high-powered binoculars at the Dora Observatory to see North Korea's propaganda village. And we saw some citizens walking there through binoculars Tips: Bring your passport because the military checkpoints check IDs. Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring your water and snacks

Amazing tour, definitely well worth the money. One of the best tours ive been on. Our tour guide Andrew was so helpful and gave amazing tips throughout the tour. Because of Andrew, we were able to see through the binoculars at the dora observatory and see through to the other side. was able to see farmers, cows and people going by on the roads. He was also very informative and told us lots of history about the DMZ, the tunnels, how korea was divided etc. We had lots of correctly timed breaks which was good.

A trip to DMZ is a must when visiting South Korea. The places and the experience will make you know more about South Korea and its history. Booking the trip with our guide Yohan even made our journey more exciting and memorable. The information he shared with enthusiasm and humour made every stop memorable.

It was such a wonderful day visiting North Korean border DMZ half day tour today with pleasantly cool weather, which made our tour extremely comfortable. Our guide Jason was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He gave us vivid and detailed introductions to the long history of the South Korea as well as general information about Skorea, helping us gain a deeper understanding of this amazing place. Every part of the sightseeing was well arranged, and we enjoyed every moment walking along the magnificent places. The stunning scenery and rich cultural heritage left us deeply impressed. This fantastic trip brought us great joy and unforgettable memories. We truly had a fantastic and fulfilling half-day here, and highly recommend this tour to everyone coming to South Korea and recommend highly as well Jason as the tour guide . Alex our tour guide was amazing. He explained everything well with details and In a timely manner so we could enjoy every thing listed on the itinerary and have some free time at location. He is very well organized, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush thru or skip anything. You could hear him and understand everything he was saying no matter where you sat on the bus or in the group at the locations. I would definitely recommend him and request if possible on any other excursions he is a tour guide on with the company. Thank you Alex for the great experience..
