I had a wonderful experience with Lily as our tour guide. She has a very pleasant and soothing voice, which made listening to her explanations truly enjoyable throughout the trip. Lily is also extremely polite, friendly, and professional in the way she treated with everyone. What impressed me the most was her deep knowledge and passion for the places we visited. She explained everything clearly and made the history and culture come alive in a way that was easy to understand. She was also very attentive, always making sure that everyone in the group felt comfortable and included. In addition, Lily managed the schedule very well, keeping everything organized while still allowing us enough time to explore and take photos. Hallstatt is a charming and picturesque village that feels almost like a postcard brought to life. We visited Hallstatt on a one day tour organised by this tour agency, travelling by bus from Salzburg and back on Christmas Eve. We arrived at around 10.15 am, and just as we stepped off the bus, it began to snow. The gentle snowfall created a magical atmosphere and provided a stunning backdrop to the beautiful streets and lakeside views. The village itself is small and serene, with a main street that is not very long, making it easy to explore on foot. Shops and stalls were just starting to open, adding to the calm and unhurried charm of the morning. As it was a day trip with limited time, we did not manage to visit the salt mine, and the Skywalk was closed during our visit. Instead, we chose to slow down and enjoy the moment by spending some time in a cosy café, soaking in the views and the peaceful winter ambience.

Our day trip to Hallstatt was unforgettable, thanks to Klook's itinerary. From the meeting time and location (Opera House, 7 AM), the guide's explanations were incredibly clear and easy for a layperson to understand, covering the history of Hallstatt, the history and formation of the salt mines, and the story of the Habsburg dynasty. Once we arrived, the guide led us on a tour of the town, patiently reminding everyone of the meeting times and important details, which gave me the fresh feeling of going on a field trip as a child. Thank you again! Of course, the scenery in Hallstatt is also breathtakingly beautiful. I'm so glad I joined this tour, and I highly recommend it!
