The morning check‑in was very comfortable. While other tours were registering outside, Big Bus had a proper office with seating and restrooms, which made the start of the day much smoother. The coach was large, clean, and extremely comfortable for just 11 guests, and the driving was careful throughout. Danny was truly exceptional—warm, friendly, and full of engaging explanations at every stop. His guidance made the entire day feel safe, relaxed, and far more enjoyable than anything I could have experienced on my own. Thanks to him and our driver, the tour was meaningful, smooth, and wonderfully organized. We had a wonderful and very informative experience on the Toledo, Segovia, and Ávila tour. We learned so much about the history and culture of each place, and we were also given ample time to explore and enjoy the beautiful sights at our own pace. Laura and Eduardo did an excellent job sharing all the information we needed throughout the tour. They were both helpful, friendly, and approachable, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The last stop of my 44-day trip was Madrid, before heading to Incheon. Since I only had one day, I signed up for a night tour. The guide calmly explained the important sights in Madrid and took beautiful photos for us, so the hour and a half in the afternoon flew by quickly.

You absolutely must take a night tour in Madrid. Thanks to our guide, our night in Madrid was even more special! We highly recommend the Madrid night tour and flamenco show! Our guide was truly the best. With their extensive knowledge, they brought out 200% of the charm of Madrid's old town, and their delightful explanations kept us entertained throughout the entire tour. They provided interesting commentary at every corner of the old town and took great photos, making it a short but incredibly worthwhile experience. The entire itinerary flowed naturally and was perfect. Thanks to such an excellent guide, our trip to Madrid was made even more perfect. Highly recommended.
