Our cruise experience was wonderful and unforgettable. The crew was courteous and professional throughout, attending to all our needs. The wide variety of food was amazing, and every dish served was incredibly delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment—an experience we would love to repeat. Was upgraded to Halora Cruise, bus pickup was smooth with the ferry to the cruise ship. room was big and spacious with balcony and bathtub. but tv channel was under maintenance and wifi + mobile data reception quite weak at Halong Bay. enough activities and great food served. friendly and polite staff.
