Diana 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay Tour

The cruise is fantastic; it's new and modern, quite different from the others I've seen in the bay. The Wi-Fi is strong and uninterrupted. The food is fantastic with a lot of variety. The room is perfect and modern, and the bay offers an otherworldly view.

I had no idea what to expect since the photos made it look so nice, but it definitely lived up to our expectations! Food was great, ship was very clean, activities were well thought out & the staff was friendly as well as accommodating of everyone’s needs. We will definitely we recommending this exact cruise to everyone who visits Ha Long Bay!

★★★★★ Diana Cruise 2-Day, 1-Night Review During my recent trip to Hanoi, I stayed in a Premier Suite on the Diana Cruise. I was picked up by limousine from my hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and transported to Tuan Chau Port. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and guided me through everything, and I was able to relax and enjoy a welcome drink while waiting to board. The cabin was spacious and clean, and the view of Lan Ha Bay from the balcony was truly impressive. The bedding and bathroom facilities were also satisfactory, and the overall condition of the room exceeded my expectations. Meals, including lunch, dinner, and brunch the following day, were provided, and both the variety and taste of the food were excellent. In particular, the staff's friendly service made every meal enjoyable. Kayaking at Bright Cave was the most memorable part of the itinerary, as it allowed me to experience the beautiful scenery of Lan Ha Bay up close. However, kayaking required more physical exertion than I anticipated, leaving my arms, neck, and back feeling a bit tired. During the sunset party, I enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the deck, and in the evening, various programs such as squid fishing were available, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cabin, food, service, and itinerary. It was an excellent cruise for enjoying the quiet and beautiful scenery of Lan Ha Bay. If I visit Hanoi again, I would definitely choose this cruise again, and I highly recommend it for families or couples.

Stayed 2 days 1 night, had a lovely time. Mogo who was very kind to change our pickup last minute on our request. She did make sure everything was alright. All the cruise staff were kind. Would definitely recommend this place. Best part of the stay was its very clean.

Honestly, this boat really doesn't seem like a six-star experience. The decor isn't even on par with a three- or four-star hotel in Vietnam. The itinerary activities are relatively few compared to other boats (only one), and the attractions arranged, in my personal opinion, are not as impressive as Sung Sot Cave or Ti Top Island. In particular, the restaurant service on board really needs improvement. At both lunch and dinner, many dishes were often empty, and there wasn't enough food prepared. Not long after lunch started, they ran out of oysters! There weren't enough staff in the hot food area, so there were often long lines. I feel like the service team on board wasn't professional enough and couldn't provide the expected level of service. Also, the transportation pick-up times were not punctual. This trip was assisted by SeA Travel, and the online customer service was very proactive, but it feels like the actual service quality couldn't keep up. If you're hoping to have a wonderful memory of a six-star cruise in Ha Long Bay, there are many other options in Ha Long Bay, and I sincerely don't recommend this trip.
