Tongin Traditional Market tours

This was a very interesting tour! I was initially worried about whether my legs could handle 1.5 hours of pedaling, but it turned out to be a very friendly tour, with only 1.5 minutes of actual effort throughout the entire trip 😅. Most of the time, we were comfortably riding in an electric vehicle, exploring the city of Seoul, and listening to the guide's detailed explanations of the city's historical trajectory and recommendations for famous eateries! We also walked through alleys, listening to little stories and visiting popular, often-queued-for shops! The most amusing part was undoubtedly the humorous driver who enthusiastically greeted passersby. We were so caught up in the atmosphere that we started greeting people too, only to learn that this city's tram system is quite advanced, something many Seoul residents don't even know about – it was truly an honor to experience! Thanks for the complimentary drinks and desserts (even though I wasn't tired at all 🤣). I highly recommend this tour; it was truly unique!

I’m especially glad I included this tour in my visit to Seoul. It offered a different perspective on the city and introduced me to an important part of Korea’s recent history. Exploring the places associated with its path toward democracy added depth to my trip and gave me plenty to think about afterward. Gina made the experience especially memorable. It was such a wonderful day visiting North Korean border DMZ half day tour today with pleasantly cool weather, which made our tour extremely comfortable. Our guide Jason was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He gave us vivid and detailed introductions to the long history of the South Korea as well as general information about Skorea, helping us gain a deeper understanding of this amazing place. Every part of the sightseeing was well arranged, and we enjoyed every moment walking along the magnificent places. The stunning scenery and rich cultural heritage left us deeply impressed. This fantastic trip brought us great joy and unforgettable memories. We truly had a fantastic and fulfilling half-day here, and highly recommend this tour to everyone coming to South Korea and recommend highly as well Jason as the tour guide . What an unforgettable evening! The Seoul Night Tour was nothing short of magical. Our guide, Leo, made the experience truly special — he was warm, personable, and full of fascinating insights about each stop. We explored the serene beauty of Changgyeong Palace under the night sky, soaked in the bustling energy of Gwangjang Market, admired the panoramic views from Naksan Park, and strolled along the calming waters of Cheongyecheon Stream. Each location offered ample time for photos, and even the light rain added a touch of charm rather than slowing us down. This tour is perfect for both groups and solo travelers — a seamless blend of history, culture, and atmosphere. The pacing was just right, giving us time to savor each moment without ever feeling rushed. Honestly, I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend the full day tour, we visited Gwajang market for a lunch break. Our tour guide Ms. Sunny was knowledgeable of the history per tourist sites, friendly and approachable! We definitely enjoyed the tour.

Ivy was our guide and did a wonderful job! It was a good mix of classic and modern Korean history and culture. Ivy also went out of her way to communicate and give great suggestions for things to do even after the tour was over.

Jiyoung is a great tour guide. I unfortunatley injured my finger during the hike, and she was attentive in helping me tend to the wound. The trek was more challenging than I had anticipated, but the breathtaking views made it all worth it.
