We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. We had a very good instructor! My son had never surfed before! This was his first experience. On his very first try, my son was able to stay on the waves by himself. A big thank you to the instructor. We were a little late, but our agent wrote that they were waiting for us and we could still come. Thank you to the company for that ❤️

The environment is clean and comfortable, the space is very large, and the treatment is incredibly relaxing. Other massage places always make my nose feel stuffy, but this one doesn't. They even place a basin with essential oils under the bed to steam your nose, which is perfect for couples!

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVED THIS CLASS! It was so good. Just book it! The store is so pretty and clean and boujee. The Teacher Ajene was amazing. She was so professional and helpful. I literally sniffed every bottle I think hahaha. She was great.

My wife and I had the most beautiful afternoon. The views were amazing, sunset out of this world. Staff were the best,polite and accommodating especially Mila who was just awesome. Food was delicious and cocktails so refreshing. Will definitely go back in a heartbeat.
