The overall experience was great. Although the room wasn't large, it had everything we needed. It would be even better if there were more lights in the room. The public facilities were nice, and it's very suitable for family travel.

Buying tickets through Klook can offer some discounts. When combined with credit card rewards, it can be more cost-effective than buying directly on-site. This ticket allows direct entry by showing the QR code, eliminating the need to exchange it for a physical ticket. If you're visiting Yilan on a rainy day, consider the Lanyang Museum.

The farm isn't big, but the animals inside are super cute, which is therapeutic. The employees with the animals are very friendly, but the lady at the beverage counter wasn't very nice, like we owed her money, and she lacked patience.

The service attitude was excellent. There was a dedicated person to guide us as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, which made us feel good right away. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and the bathtub was large. Breakfast was a self-selected main course (+ other salad bar items). The salad bar items were a bit limited, but since there was a main course, it was actually quite filling! The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and leisurely. I would like to stay again.

Great location, facilities, service, and price. I really liked it and will stay here again next time. I don't want too many people to know, haha.

The tour guide was waiting at the East 1 Gate from the beginning and reminded us of things that would happen on the road and precautions. Because it was a holiday trip, there would be traffic jams on the way to and from Taipei and Yilan. The tour guide thoughtfully and flexibly adjusted the departure and return times, which made people feel very considerate. I had a great experience on this trip 🥰🥰🥰
