The hotel has a fantastic environment and the staff provides excellent service. Although the check-in time was late, the staff who handled it were attentive and processed the check-in quickly. Special thanks to Yuki for helping to arrange a paid room upgrade, which gave me an excellent stay experience. The high-quality breakfast with many choices is another highlight of the hotel and is worth recommending.

The buffet food was really abundant, the service was great, and the room was large. The birthday cake room service was excellent. The only downside was the somewhat long check-in time.

The hotel is near Exit B of China Road. This time, I chose the "Wonderful Guide Garden" package with hotel discounts! This package is very affordable, especially since it includes tickets to the "Wonderful Guide," and the hotel also includes afternoon tea, breakfast, and drinks in the room – simply great value.

This was my first time staying at the Grand Hyatt, and the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient; it only cost a little over ten yuan to take a Didi from the Lo Wu border crossing, and there's a massive shopping mall right downstairs. The dinner buffet was unbelievably huge, and the food quality was all above average. I was basically full after trying just a little bit of everything. I would definitely stay there again if I have the chance.
