Butchart Gardens tours

We were able to efficiently tour the admired Butchart Gardens and the city of Victoria, with plenty of free time on site. The time spent on the ferry was also fulfilling, and we were very satisfied being able to enjoy meals on our own. The bus was also clean. However, I thought it would have been reassuring if a photo of the bus had been provided beforehand for pickup, as there are many buses picking up near the Hyatt, which caused a bit of confusion. Nevertheless, we were picked up successfully and had an enjoyable trip.

The tour guide Jason was very responsible. He contacted me via WhatsApp the day before the trip to remind me of the departure time and location, and took care of the needs of each group member during the trip. The itinerary attractions were as described by Klook and the time was just right.

Our tour leader, Edward, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. I especially enjoyed his insights into the local history and unique characteristics. It was a delightful trip!

For the price I paid, it’s an excellent experience! The tour guide, Andrew, is really insightful and kind. Every stop has bathroom breaks and all the places we visited are really nice. I will definitely come back in the summer to do another tour!

Our first time booking a tour via Klook and it definitely won't be the last! We booked the Niagara Falls Day Tour which included the Journey Behind the Falls and roundtrip transportation. The experience was 100% stress-free. Our driver was very friendly, professional, and gave very clear instructions throughout the trip, which we really appreciated as first-timers. My husband and I truly enjoyed the breathtaking views without worrying about the commute. Highly recommended for couples who want a seamless trip!

The guide, Angel is nice and knowledgeable! we also had a bonus route before going back to Calgary. I really enjoyed my 1st day in BANFF! this is a small group tour, will definitely book them on my next visit. ps, you can see the Calgary Tower too from the meet up location 🫶

Our tour guide, Luis, and driver, Lisa, were attentive and friendly, taking care of every traveler's needs. We understand that this type of local tour often includes visits to local specialty shops, but we suggest spending less time there. The highlight of this trip was Niagara Falls, and we felt the time spent there was too short. Personally, I think the visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake could be omitted. I participated in "Journey Behind the Falls" and "Niagara's Fury" (or "Niagara Takes Flight" if that's the correct name). Tour guide Luis scheduled these activities with only a 30-minute gap, which meant if I had been delayed in the first activity, the second one would have been ruined. After completing both activities, I had less than 15 minutes to go outside and take photos of the falls.
