It was a very fun and worthwhile trip. Our tour guide, Xiangzi, took great care of everyone. Although her native language is Japanese, her Chinese is also very good. She translated everything into both Japanese and Chinese throughout the tour and was very friendly. The waterfall was incredibly spectacular and beautiful, especially the Maid of the Mist boat ride, which allowed us to see the waterfall up close. It was an unforgettable experience.

A very satisfying trip, highly recommended! I pre-selected Chinese language, and perhaps because there were many Chinese-speaking members in the group, they arranged both a Chinese and English-speaking guide. The guide was very professional and enthusiastic. The waterfall is truly spectacular, well worth the visit!

Our tour guide, Gladys, was professional and passionate. She explained every viewpoint clearly and patiently in both Mandarin and English, and all her suggestions were very practical. The attractions were amazing — the Corning Glass Museum had beautiful exhibitions, and Niagara Falls was absolutely stunning both at night and during the day. If you don’t drive, this tour is highly recommended!

I felt very safe and happy 😍 The Niagara Falls boat tour and the Cave of the Winds were so much fun! Remember to bring dry clothes and flip-flops!

Hopefully, this helps fellow independent travelers. If you arrive at the meeting point as agreed and don't see anyone in a yellow vest, take the initiative to ask. Generally, the earliest tour buses are the ones. The two guides usually speak English and one other language; one speaks Chinese and English, and the other speaks Chinese and Japanese. The itinerary is rushed, but they stick to the schedule and are quite punctual. The driver is from Shanghai. The hotel was quite basic. Since we had a large group, we were split between hotels in the US and Canada. The Canadian side was more fun and had lively shopping centers. At the US hotel, when we went down for breakfast on time, there was only one staff member and they couldn't keep up with making breakfast, so those of us staying in the US didn't get any breakfast. Don't go down for breakfast at the time they tell you; go earlier. The scenery is beautiful. The tip for the tour leader is 20% of your tour fee. If possible, try to choose the Canadian side for better views of the falls.
