Easy and quick process for tickets through Klook. Didn’t have to worry about any thing and made us feel so relaxed in our New York travel. we were able to make the 0900 which is a great start to our first full day in the city.

Our guide today was extremely professional! They were very kind, explained everything in detail, and took great photos. I already thought LA was great, but this tour with E-tour made me realize this tour is the best. They explained everything very enthusiastically and led the tour in a very comfortable way, so I think I'll apply again with my family when I come to New York next time. I also applied for a day tour, and I'm looking forward to it. It was such a healing time. Thank you. I think the guide is a true New Yorker, they seemed to have lived in New York for over 10 years. They timed the sunset and points for each location perfectly, and even though I came alone, it was so much fun. People who came with family, lovers, or friends also seemed very satisfied. And the guide has a great sense of humor. I really recommend it!

After purchasing on Klook, go to the ticket counter on-site, show the QR code to redeem the physical ticket, and then use the physical ticket to enter the venue. It's quite convenient.

Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable, the ride was really enjoyable. It is the perfect pace for a central park tour. Not too fast, not too slow. In addition, a blanket was provided which really helped on the chilly day!

It was a very fun and worthwhile trip. Our tour guide, Xiangzi, took great care of everyone. Although her native language is Japanese, her Chinese is also very good. She translated everything into both Japanese and Chinese throughout the tour and was very friendly. The waterfall was incredibly spectacular and beautiful, especially the Maid of the Mist boat ride, which allowed us to see the waterfall up close. It was an unforgettable experience.
