hotel location: was great it very convinient going to the bus station. cleanliness:very clean,but the sheets need update. service:the staffs/guards are very warm and accomodating. service: breakfast:just ok. transport access:very accessible

Loved my stay in this hotel! It is very accessible and convenient as it is located truly at the heart of Baguio. The staff were also accommodating and polite. The room is quite clean and overall very comfortable. Would definitely book again for my next visit.

Superb customer service. Staffs are very accomodating ans warm. Breakfast was good. Amare La Cucina is a must try restaurant as well.

Room has no AC but spacious. Has mini mart but not 24/7.

The only complain I have is the maintenance of linens. But they do change it everyday so it should be okay. Hotel is also close to everywhere and staff and security are all helpful and nice. My second time here and still highly recommended for convenience
