Our stay at the Grand Sierra Pines hotel for our anniversary was amazing! It’s located near most of the usual tourist attractions/destinations that you would normally want to visit in Baguio. It’s also relatively close to SM Baguio which is where you would normally be dropped off by your bus if you’re planning on commuting. The staff were very professional and accommodating as well. The Hotel also has a restaurant called Outlook Steakhouse which serves really fresh and great quality dishes such as pasta, drinks, and of course, steak. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and cold. We never even used the a/c. My only complaints would be the internet connection and the odd trapped moisture smell from the lobby. The breakfast was probably our favorite part of the stay. A big buffet serving all sorts of Filipino and Western dishes ranging from dried fish and garlic fried rice to pancakes and cereal. There’s even an omelette station where you can order eggs in the form of your choosing.

Pleasant stay, location of the hotel is top notch near everything you need. Few minutes away in most tourist attraction. Great breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and extend for another night they serve different varieties of food everyday. Big plus as parents is a clean playground for our kids Staff is very helpful and respectful. And additional they provide a vallet for free. Over all 10/10.

Arriving in Baguio, we were met with warm greetings from the hotel entrance by Harvey and company. There was an event and I was lucky enough to get parking at the basement. (Valet parking service is available especially at full parking capacity). We went to one of their restaurants, the "Outlook Grill" after checking in to snack while the room was being prepared. What greeted us in the room after we ate was so heartwarming- a well prepped room smelling fresh and clean. Fog greeted us early next day. I spent almost half an hour just admiring the quiet morning unfold while taking my coffee. Breakfast was buffet and there were lots to choose from. Thank you Ms. Jen. You always make our stay memorable.

Nothing beats the warm greetings from the lobby guard and staff after a long trip from Manila. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and smelling fresh as usual. We occupied the room with two single beds and added an extra bed. The balcony had a garden set and is my favorite quiet spot with ny coffee, overlooking the hustle and bustle of the vehicles going to Mines View Park. Breakfast buffet spread the next morning was a feast. The Taho (which you can scoop from the can yourself) and crispy bacon are main stays (I spent 2 nights). Fruits, salad, bread and pastries are available. I also noticed in the garage that they already have charging stations for EVs. It was indeed a wonderful Mother's day weekend for my wife.

Our stay at Grand Sierra Pines Baguio was very pleasant. It is located in a quieter part of Baguio, around a 10-min drive from the city center. It has numerous well-maintained facilities, as well as a balcony with nice views. My only concern would be the noise coming from events being held in the atrium in the evening, which can be quite loud. We had to spend time away from the hotel during these hours. Despite this, the main strength of the hotel comes from its staff's attentiveness to detail and hospitality, which were very much appreciated.

Welcome staff are warm and courteous. Room was ready so there's not much waiting time. We were also greeted by Ms Jen (GM) during breakfast and exchanged stories. Fun times.....

We loved our stay here. From the spacious rooms to the attentive staff, we enjoyed our weekend stay. Their breakfast lived up to the hype, especially with the inclusion of a taho station (with strawberries) and some of the quickest egg station service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel breakfast buffet.
The location also elevated the experience. Located just outside the city center, Grand Sierra Pines afforded us a fresh perspective of the Baguio experience: away from the tourist traps, away from the dispiriting crowds, and away from the noise and pollution that comes with city life. Only cool morning walks, quiet coffee shops, and pine tree balcony views for us in Baguio from now on.
The room itself was perfect, with clean sheets, a spotless bathroom, and no funky smells. My advice would be to call in advance and ask if there are events reserved during your stay. Things gets a bit loud when there’s a wedding or event going on. So either avoid those dates or book a room higher up.
