Upon check-in, i was greeted hospitably by the receptionist and it was like they already know my name and prepared for the printed details of my stay. I lt was actually the fastest and smoothest transaction I've ver had in a hotel. Room is simple, no fridge, security box not working, love the brathroom door but spectacularly clean. They don't have phone in the room but have a viber # which they responded quick to our needs. Bed and pillows are comfortable with cold ac and a cozy blanket. Bfast is superb, tge ambience and selection. Although 1 keynote is that, they don't provide free keycard for souvenir and tge room# is displayed in the keycard. So when you misplaced the keycard, your room wld be easily accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wld definitely be back even if we have a house in Baguio. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

nice hotel with accomodating staff. we unfortunately got locked out from our room due to an expired room card. our check out time is 12 noon and we got locked out at 10am.

Staff were courteous and pleasing. Location's great! Food, facility and Room perfect. Shower heat regulation needs adjustment or maybe water pressure needs adjustment. climate was cold, did not need airconditioning at night.

Hotel was clean and comfy. facility was great with sufficient parking area. shower needs improvement and smell coming from drainage. They gave something to prevent and help minimize stagnant smell. which was all good
