this is 9/10 for me. The amenities, staff, bedroom is cozy and perfect, and the lobby has great ambiance. The only thing I can comment on would be the selection of food in the complimentary buffet breakfast, I just think it can be better but nonetheless, all is good.

Perfect location - very near to most of the tourist spot and easy to get a taxi. The security guards are very helpful, always offering to get a taxi for you + papayungan ka when it rains. Atmosphere - multo free and no eerie vibes. Cozy and relaxing lobby and room. All the receptionists are very kind and courteous. We arrived @11am and they allowed us to check in early. The housekeeping cleans the room and changes the towels everyday. We stayed 4 nights and the food in the breakfast buffet is different everyday except for the fruits and dessert. The Benguet coffee and hot choco are the best. Overall, we had a superb experience. Thank you! Will definitely go back when we visit Baguio again next time.

hotel location: Super convenient if you're traveling via Victory Liner. May malapit din na jollibee and convenience stores + the Amare so dami options for food. Downside is rinig mo yung mga bus and yung pagpito ni Kuya Guard sa Victory Liner cleanliness: There seems to be some small insects sa bed. Kinagat yung 2 kong kasama sa legs
