Even though I purchased the lower deck but there’s a still a chance to be upgraded to upper deck if there’s an availability. Super nice of them, the after noon tea was standard so I don’t have much to complain about. The window needed to be wiped down though, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, also gave us a souvenir to take home.

Learned a lot about the history of the St. Paul’s Cathedral. Pick the right time when you’re going to do this tour because we did it when it was winter and it was very foggy that day. As a result, we weren’t able to see anything when we were at the London Eye. Nevertheless, it was still memorable.

Good and well-prepared guide, interesting route. Meeting point easy to reach. In case of rain, I would opt for something else.

very nice to be able to board at the station of your choice, however, select one quite early on the Thames (like before Westminster so you can see Big Ben). the guide announced each stop, the transfer was very smooth
