Due to some personal reasons, we wanted to change rooms. The front desk quickly resolved our issue and met our needs. The service and attention to detail were quite good during our four-night stay (the room layout lost some points).

The room was clean, and I was able to rest very well. The bathroom light took a while to brighten, and I had to press the button repeatedly to finally get it to work. The shuttle service to the park and airport is convenient. The airport shuttle bus used to run until 9 PM, but now there's one at 10 PM, which is great because it allows you to enjoy the park later! It's also helpful that they can store your luggage.

Service: Just like the reviews said, everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, and I'm so glad I chose this place. They noticed when I was having trouble even before I asked for help, and their attention to detail was wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again when I go to Shanghai Disneyland. Hotel Location: The free shuttle bus to Shanghai Disneyland and other tourist attractions made access very convenient.

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied with how clean it was and the excellent service. The shuttle bus made access to Disney and the airport very convenient (◎). We also appreciated that the drinks in the room were replenished daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff's ability to communicate in basic English made our stay worry-free, even though we don't speak Chinese.

While there wasn't anyone who could speak Japanese when we visited, they were wonderful and used translation to help us, who only understand Japanese. Every time we passed by, they greeted us with a smile and a wave! We stayed for three nights, and each time the room was cleaned and restocked! We didn't include breakfast in our reservation, but you can pay an extra fee and enjoy the breakfast buffet without a reservation. The food was, of course, delicious! The Toy Story Hotel was the best, it was so cute everywhere you looked! (*^^*)

The room was lovely, and the boat trip from Disney to the hotel was exciting. The lobby decor was also wonderful. The room had a luxurious feel, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was hot in the summer, so I was grateful that they readily brought me ice when I requested it. If the timing had worked out, I could have enjoyed a character meet-and-greet, so I was able to fully enjoy Disney even at the hotel, and I was very satisfied.
