They were super punctual, I loved the tour, the bus was comfortable, and the trip to the park was very smooth. The park itself is a lot of fun, with green areas, beautiful gardens, and rides for all tastes. I went during the week, so I didn't spend more than 10 minutes in lines, which was great. I went on almost all the rides in the park; this trip is definitely worth it.

trip was smooth as driver/guide was prompt and drove us safely to and from Everland. everland itself is beautiful with lots of rides and experiences to offer. one small comment though is i hope that the ride back to myeongdong is after the fireworks as its a missed opportunity not to offer that.

We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ryan during our trip to Legoland Korea. He was pleasant, friendly, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Throughout the journey, he drove safely and professionally, which gave us great peace of mind, especially as we were traveling with young children. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication was effortless as Mr. Ryan spoke Mandarin well, allowing us to have enjoyable conversations throughout the trip. He was also very good with children and interacted naturally with our kids, making them feel comfortable and entertained during the drive. What stood out most was his willingness to share interesting background information about the places we passed along the way. He also provided excellent recommendations for dinner near our hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you, Mr. Ryan, for making our journey so enjoyable. We highly recommend him to anyone!

The driver was very responsible, the seats were comfortable and spacious, and we arrived safely. Since we were the only family that day, with no other guests, we were able to leave earlier or later, or continue playing as we wished.

our driver and tour guide Michael was terrific! The journey was smooth and he made it easy for all passengers to move around and the timing was just right for the three places we visited. He also explained to us the history of the places that we visited in English and Chinese!

Full marks for our tour guide, Mr. Song! 🌟 Our private car tour of Seoul for the day was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out to our guide, Mr. Song! He speaks incredibly fluent Mandarin and very authentic Korean, allowing for seamless communication with locals throughout the entire trip. He helped us order food, ask for directions, and buy tickets, making everything go smoothly. Even though it rained all day, Mr. Song was incredibly thoughtful. He reminded us in advance to buy raincoats at the convenience store and specifically told us to wear them when riding the rail bike to avoid getting wet. Sure enough, the rain intensified during the bike ride, but thanks to our preparation, we stayed completely dry and comfortable. At every attraction, he proactively helped us take photos, finding the best angles and adjusting the lighting. He also pointed out must-see spots, like the hidden garden at the Garden of Morning Calm and the best photo spots for the rail bike, so we didn't have to do any research ourselves. What touched us most was his special care for the elderly person in our group. He proactively suggested routes that avoided stairs, opting for slopes or flat paths, and slowed down his pace to accommodate them. He even made sure to stop at the closest entrance when we needed to use the restroom. When everyone got hungry during the trip, he immediately found a suitable restaurant for us, specifically avoiding places with stairs. He recommended incredibly authentic Korean BBQ, taught us how to order and how to pair side dishes for the most traditional experience, and even monitored the grilling temperature for us. The elderly person was extremely satisfied with the meal. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Song's private car service. He switches seamlessly between Chinese and Korean, is attentive and considerate. We will definitely look for him again on our next trip to Korea! 🚲🦙🌳

Our tour guide, Jack, provided excellent service. The vehicle was very comfortable, and he meticulously planned the itinerary, ensuring both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. Animal Story had a clean environment with many adorable small animals, and the feeding experience was very engaging. The cycling experience was also a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this tour; it offers great value for money.
