Very convenient. Just head to the main ticketing counter. there are two, and they’ll provide you with a QR-coded ticket that serves as your pass every time you hop on the bus. Only one physical ticket is issued per group (we were two people but received just one ticket), so you’ll need to stay together at all times. This is one of the easiest ways to explore Shanghai. We managed to visit all the major tourist spots in just one day because of this, making it a must try activity. They also provide in ear earphones that connect to an audio tour guide, along with a map for easy navigation. Buses run very frequently, so you won’t have to wait long before hopping on again.

Our tour guide Jack came to pick us up from our hotel. Despite the cloudy drizzly day, my family of 3 really enjoyed the trip to the film park and Zhujiajiao. Jack is very fluent, knowledgeable and patient. We even had lunch at a local restaurant. I would definitely recommend the private tour, a bit costly but well worth it.

After ordering, the travel agency will add you on WeChat to verify order information and inform you that a tour guide will contact you the night before departure. The night before, there will be a trip management group with 9 people from the travel agency, making it 10 in total including me – I felt very pampered. The tour guide will post the detailed meeting location and itinerary (with pictures and text) in the group, making it easy to understand. On the day of the tour, there were about 40 people, and two tour guides (Lei Lei and Xiao Yu) took care of us from the front and back. It happened to rain during the trip, and it was heartbreaking to see tour guide Lei Lei get completely soaked. The beautiful tour guide Xiao Yu smiled throughout and was very patient and loving towards every customer. The overall process was smooth. There was an optional activity to go to the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel to the Oriental Pearl Tower, which was a nice extra experience.

Amazing half-day trip to Zhujiajiao Water Town! This ancient water town is known as "Shanghai Venice", well-preserved ancient buildings, stone bridges and winding canals create authentic Jiangnan scenery. We climbed the famous Fangsheng Bridge, took relaxing wooden boat cruises along the river, wandered old streets and tried local delicious snacks such as traditional rice dumplings and braised pork. The itinerary was well scheduled, comfortable and unrushed, no forced shopping at all. It’s a perfect short excursion from downtown Shanghai to experience classic Chinese water town culture, highly recommended for all international travelers!

He quietly and diligently follows the entire itinerary quickly and well. His personality and appearance are similar to my sister's husband in Korea, which makes him feel familiar and makes me feel like I'm in Korea.

The tour guide was professional and the hotel was fine, but unfortunately, I was stuck with some loud group members who kept clearing their throats loudly the whole time. I had to endure the noise.

The itinerary was perfectly planned. In the morning, we explored Shanghai Film Park, which felt like stepping back into old Shanghai, full of atmosphere. In the afternoon, we went straight to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, with its white walls, black tiles, and beautiful river views. North Street offered authentic and affordable local snacks everywhere. The pace throughout the day was relaxed, allowing us to experience both the retro Shanghai style and the slow-paced life of a Jiangnan water town, making it suitable for all ages! Highly recommended to everyone!
