Worthwhile visit to Zhujiajiao with harmonious blend of ancient homes by the river, modernized now for tourists’ convenience. The filming park was also a great visit to understand about old Shanghai and of course how films props are. A great shout out to the Tour guide for her great hospitality and elaborating the on the history!

The staff at all the stops were extremely helpful and made sure that we got on the correct bus! There are several tour bus operators to choose from, and I am happy that I selected Shanghai City Sightseeing Bus!

We recently completed a private tour for Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing and would highly recommend booking with Klook. It was seamless from planning to execution. Special thanks to Lara who managed our entire itinerary. She sent us daily updates of our itinerary for the next day, including temperature and what to wear, and started a WeChat group with all the guides and drivers so that we could communicate directly. The hotels that they booked for us exceeded expectations and were better than the ones we booked ourselves.

The tour guide was professional and the hotel was fine, but unfortunately, I was stuck with some loud group members who kept clearing their throats loudly the whole time. I had to endure the noise.

After ordering, the travel agency will add you on WeChat to verify order information and inform you that a tour guide will contact you the night before departure. The night before, there will be a trip management group with 9 people from the travel agency, making it 10 in total including me – I felt very pampered. The tour guide will post the detailed meeting location and itinerary (with pictures and text) in the group, making it easy to understand. On the day of the tour, there were about 40 people, and two tour guides (Lei Lei and Xiao Yu) took care of us from the front and back. It happened to rain during the trip, and it was heartbreaking to see tour guide Lei Lei get completely soaked. The beautiful tour guide Xiao Yu smiled throughout and was very patient and loving towards every customer. The overall process was smooth. There was an optional activity to go to the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel to the Oriental Pearl Tower, which was a nice extra experience.

Our tour guide Lin is very friendly and knowledgeable. She also accommodates our needs. Our shuttle service was comfortable. This tour is highly recommended.
