The shower head holder in the bathroom is broken. There are mosquitoes in the room, but the housekeeping staff provided an electric mosquito repellent and mosquito spray, which was great! I hope the breakfast can be improved.

We had a great time. Our tour guide Cipher is very accomodating and very knowledgeable with the areas we visited. The way of giving information was entertaining to listen too. They also provided clear instructions for each location so everyone will have a great time with the time given. I can say that it was very organized. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean, but the other free amenities weren't as extensive as some YouTubers described. For example, the fitness equipment only included two treadmills, one elliptical, and one stationary bike. However, no one else was using them; I was the only one there when I went, then one more person arrived, and after I left, he was alone again. The late-night snack was good, and breakfast was standard. Overall, it was acceptable.
