Bus was on time. Took about 3H 30Min to reach my hotel in Cat Ba. You will be taking a bus from Hanoi to the Boat Stn. There is a 10min stop in between for toilet breaks. Once at the Boat Stn, you'll be transfered to a speed boat which only takes 10mins to reach CatBa island. And then another bus to your hotel.

We enjoyed the private car which is very convenient when we need toilet breaks, leaving at the time we want and privacy. Limo van in good condition but the massage chair function is not working. Driver Mr Dŭng is very helpful, professional and drove us safely throughout the trip. Easy to communicate via WhatsApp and Google translate. Highly recommended for those who want the convenience and comfort of traveling to and from Sapa.

Great service. The guide speaks english well and provided all necessary information about the transfers. The cable car ride was amazing, highly recommend taking it over ferry.

the pickup was smooth and the seats are comfortable. it is good to have a 20 mins break. the only small problem is the driver drove a bit crazy, not even one car distance from the front car when it's 110km on motorway.
