Fantastic 5.0
The Photo pass is such a great deal. the staff just waiting for you to go and take picture of the greatest spot. If you are unsatisfied with the photo quality, just go again and those staff will help you to take it again until you satisfied. Wonderful experience

Fantastic 5.0
Excellent for those who want to visit many places but don't have the time or a car to drive. It's much more convenient than going by yourself.

Great 4.0
I stayed for 3 nights, but upon arrival, I was asked to sign a document agreeing that only trash would be collected and towels replaced, with no full cleaning service. Guests staying for multiple nights should be aware of this.

Great 4.0
The access to Disneyland and the customer service are excellent. However, the building and facilities felt old. The shower had hot water initially, but it alternated with lukewarm water after a while. I recommend this place for those who prioritize price and location.

Such a great stay at this hotel! The proximity to the parks is perfect, making for such a convenient location. The atmosphere is magical, staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The twice a day turn-down was awesome too!

Great 4.0
I stayed for 5 nights and it was even better than I expected. I had stayed at the Disneyland Hotel until the day before, and compared to that, the room and bathroom were clean, and the shower temperature and water pressure were excellent. It seems there's a smoking area outside the hotel entrance, which I think is particularly good for smokers. (Many Japanese people gathered at the smoking area.) Some rooms have microwaves and some don't, depending on the room plan, but there was one microwave on the first floor. On the second floor, there were two sets of laundry machines (washer and dryer), but they were cash-only. The convenience store inside the hotel is overpriced, with a bottle of water costing about 1000 yen, so I recommend bringing water from Japan or buying it at CVS or the pharmacy across the street. It was a 5-minute walk from the hotel to CVS when there weren't many people during the day. For getting to the park, I recommend the free bus from the Toy Story Parking lot, which is across the road. If there are a lot of people, it's about a 15-20 minute walk, but at night, as you get closer to the hotel, the crowds thin out, so using a bus or similar transportation might be safer. This hotel's entrance doors are designed so that you can't open them from the outside without a key card from night until morning, which also made me feel secure. I could even see some of the Disneyland fireworks from outside the hotel!

Fantastic 5.0
The accommodation was a bit too expensive for Japanese guests, so we could only stay for one night, but the room was excellent. It even had a bathtub, which was very relaxing. I accidentally left my room key inside the room and was in a bit of a predicament, but the staff at the lobby kindly assisted me with the process. Plus, we had direct access to both Disneyland parks.

Fantastic 5.0
Breakfast: Since this package included Creators Club access, we were able to have it at the club lounge. They had cereal, bread, fruit, salad, and more, with the food items changing depending on the time of day. The drink selection remained the same across all hours, and beer was also complimentary. Cleanliness: Very clean. Housekeeping is provided daily. Hotel Location: About a 15-minute walk from the park entrance, which was a bit tough on tired feet. I believe the Grand Hotel has the best access among the official hotels. Transportation Access: About a 50-minute drive from the airport. Service: The staff members were very kind. Amenities provided were just one toothbrush, cotton swabs, a nail file, and a shower cap. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available. An iron and ironing board were provided, along with a coffee machine, several paper cups, and two glass cups.

Great 4.0
The building and facilities are old. The most challenging part was the shower. While it's good that the showerhead is fixed, the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Also, the plastic wrapping on the complimentary cups had holes, so I didn't use them. Overall, there was dust on the furniture, but areas frequently used, like the bed and table, were clean and tidy. The shuttle bus was convenient and ran regularly, and the hotel staff were kind, which put me at ease. Although cleaning only occurred every three days, I appreciated not having strangers entering my room frequently. Overall, it's a good hotel. I think it would be more guest-friendly if they fixed the elevator closest to the front desk sooner, as it remained out of order.

What to know before visiting Anaheim

Quick city snapshot and what to expect

Anaheim is a year-round short-break city known for theme parks, shows and outdoor activities. Demand on Klook peaks in June and swings down to a low in September, so the city’s calendar has a clear high-season pulse centered on early summer.

Best months to visit based on demand and prices

Klook booking data show June as the busiest month and September as the quietest. Prices on Klook tend to rise toward late autumn, with bookings in November typically among the priciest, while January often shows the lowest typical prices. If you want smaller crowds and generally lower costs, aim for September or January; if you prefer peak-season atmosphere and more events, plan for June or the late-autumn window around November. In this market demand and price move mostly in different directions—June is busiest but not the absolute priciest month—so you can time your trip for either atmosphere or savings depending which matters more.

Tips for travellers

Most experiences here can still be arranged at short notice, but Klook data show travellers typically book about nine days ahead and some secure plans as early as four weeks out. For peak months like June and busy late-autumn dates, consider locking in popular theme-park tickets and shows a few weeks before travel; for off-peak months you’ll often find more flexibility and lower typical prices. Use Klook to compare ticket types and book the exact dates you need so you arrive ready to enjoy the parks and shows.
