Great 4.0
The access to Disneyland and the customer service are excellent. However, the building and facilities felt old. The shower had hot water initially, but it alternated with lukewarm water after a while. I recommend this place for those who prioritize price and location.

Great 4.0
I stayed for 5 nights and it was even better than I expected. I had stayed at the Disneyland Hotel until the day before, and compared to that, the room and bathroom were clean, and the shower temperature and water pressure were excellent. It seems there's a smoking area outside the hotel entrance, which I think is particularly good for smokers. (Many Japanese people gathered at the smoking area.) Some rooms have microwaves and some don't, depending on the room plan, but there was one microwave on the first floor. On the second floor, there were two sets of laundry machines (washer and dryer), but they were cash-only. The convenience store inside the hotel is overpriced, with a bottle of water costing about 1000 yen, so I recommend bringing water from Japan or buying it at CVS or the pharmacy across the street. It was a 5-minute walk from the hotel to CVS when there weren't many people during the day. For getting to the park, I recommend the free bus from the Toy Story Parking lot, which is across the road. If there are a lot of people, it's about a 15-20 minute walk, but at night, as you get closer to the hotel, the crowds thin out, so using a bus or similar transportation might be safer. This hotel's entrance doors are designed so that you can't open them from the outside without a key card from night until morning, which also made me feel secure. I could even see some of the Disneyland fireworks from outside the hotel!

Great 4.0
I stayed for 3 nights, but upon arrival, I was asked to sign a document agreeing that only trash would be collected and towels replaced, with no full cleaning service. Guests staying for multiple nights should be aware of this.

Fantastic 5.0
proximity to the parks is hard to beat. for a “5 star” hotel the rooms leave a lot to be desired, but better than other Disney alternatives. rooms just felt small and bare. but lobby is pretty and again - you’re staying for the park proximity. overall much quieter and calmer than Disneyland hotel, but Disneyland hotel has better pool for older kids looking for some thrills. staff was very very friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic 5.0
The accommodation was a bit too expensive for Japanese guests, so we could only stay for one night, but the room was excellent. It even had a bathtub, which was very relaxing. I accidentally left my room key inside the room and was in a bit of a predicament, but the staff at the lobby kindly assisted me with the process. Plus, we had direct access to both Disneyland parks.

Fantastic 5.0
Breakfast: Since this package included Creators Club access, we were able to have it at the club lounge. They had cereal, bread, fruit, salad, and more, with the food items changing depending on the time of day. The drink selection remained the same across all hours, and beer was also complimentary. Cleanliness: Very clean. Housekeeping is provided daily. Hotel Location: About a 15-minute walk from the park entrance, which was a bit tough on tired feet. I believe the Grand Hotel has the best access among the official hotels. Transportation Access: About a 50-minute drive from the airport. Service: The staff members were very kind. Amenities provided were just one toothbrush, cotton swabs, a nail file, and a shower cap. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available. An iron and ironing board were provided, along with a coffee machine, several paper cups, and two glass cups.

Great 4.0
The building and facilities are old. The most challenging part was the shower. While it's good that the showerhead is fixed, the water pressure was low, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Also, the plastic wrapping on the complimentary cups had holes, so I didn't use them. Overall, there was dust on the furniture, but areas frequently used, like the bed and table, were clean and tidy. The shuttle bus was convenient and ran regularly, and the hotel staff were kind, which put me at ease. Although cleaning only occurred every three days, I appreciated not having strangers entering my room frequently. Overall, it's a good hotel. I think it would be more guest-friendly if they fixed the elevator closest to the front desk sooner, as it remained out of order.

Fantastic 5.0
This was my second stay, and I really liked that it was within walking distance of Disneyland. It gets very hot during the day, so being able to return to the hotel to rest and recharge, then re-enter Disneyland in the evening, allowed us to fully enjoy our time. When the toilet got clogged, they responded immediately. The complimentary breakfast was also a great perk. There was even a microwave in the room, so we could make rice balls with the instant rice we brought from Japan.

The Photo pass is such a great deal. the staff just waiting for you to go and take picture of the greatest spot. If you are unsatisfied with the photo quality, just go again and those staff will help you to take it again until you satisfied. Wonderful experience

What to know before visiting Anaheim

What to do in Anaheim year‑round

Anaheim is best known for Theme parks, followed by Events & shows, outdoor activities and Attraction passes — these lead the booking mix and set the city's rhythm through the year. Klook booking data shows demand peaks in June, when families and holidaymakers drive visits to big outdoor and park‑based experiences, while September is much quieter. Use those patterns to choose the right mood: plan for peak crowds in June if you want full, festival‑style atmosphere, or pick quieter months for more relaxed sightseeing. All figures cited here are from Klook booking data.

Best months to visit and price trends

Demand on Klook is strongest in June and falls to its trough in September; prices move through the year with the priciest month in November and the lowest median price in January. There are months where demand and prices align — for example, November is pricier while being busier than average — and months where they diverge: January is typically much quieter while also offering lower median prices. For lower prices and smaller crowds, consider January or September; for peak‑season atmosphere choose June or November.

Month Demand Level Typical Price
January Busier than usual USD 155

Tips for travellers planning ahead

Most travellers on Klook lock experiences in about 9 days ahead, while the earliest planners book around 29 days out, so a little advance planning pays here. Because peak demand falls in June and prices are highest in November, consider booking earlier for those months to secure your preferred dates and times. Many activities remain bookable at short notice (last‑minute options appear from 1 day out), giving flexibility for spontaneous trips.
