The vehicle arrived exactly on schedule, and the driver was very accommodating, even waiting for us for 15 minutes. The car itself was in good condition. ​Journey Logistics ​The journey to the Ba Na Hills shuttle bus drop-off point typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions. ​Travel Recommendations ​Morning Trip: It is highly recommended to depart early (earlier than our 7:30 AM departure) to ensure you reach the Golden Bridge before the large tourist crowds arrive allow for a less crowded condition ​Return Trip: To coordinate the return, contact the driver 1 hour before you queue for the cable car down to the entrance. The driver will provide their new license plate number and a photo of the car, as the vehicle may differ from the morning transfer. The entire transfer process is easy.

It was a memorable journey for me. The train left on time and provided us with a scenic view of the ocean and the mountains. We were blessed with good weather so we could enjoy the ocean view along the Hai Van pass to our hearts content. What was more exciting was the food and entertainment on the train. I couldn't help smiling all through the journey. It seems like most tourists come till Lang Co bay only for the sake of the Hai Van pass view as most of them go off at the station there and the train became almost empty. The train stops there for about 10-15 minutes allowing you to get out and take in the view. After that, you get to enjoy the mountains and the town views. The train arrived in Hue ahead of the schedule which was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

very convenient ride! driver was prompt and efficient. the ride itself was smooth all the way and was comfortable. communication was good as well, informing about timing and details of the driver. overall a very pleasant experience.

The bus service and facilities were great and very comfortable. A little down point was the staff at the office, which was mistaken my online booking date.

we were met in train station lobby and escorted to the VIP lounge(you have to buy something to hang out there) soon after someone came to escort us to train car. there is a car with food and drinks, the beer is cheap and part of the experience. bathrooms were fine. one was used for smoking which was kind of gross and made the car stink. overall I’m glad we took the trip.

Great experience. Beds were comfy and clean. Chargers available for all four beds and the train arrived at a decent time (about 9am). The train is loud and rocks but its a steady noise and rhythm so you can sleep through it.

We had a 4 berth sleeping car, but were the only two people in it. Chris was our attendant. He got us settled in our room. he gave me his What’s App# and told me to message him if we needed anything. he brought us tea in the evening and again the morning. the beds are very firm. They had a variety of free snacks in our room. The train was on time. Well done!
