Great experience. Arranged a 1 day trip to Wulong Karst - 3 Natural Bridges & Longshuixia. Agency was very responsive and helpful in the arrangements. Assisted me to book tickets via our passports. Driver was punctual and respectful. He was a careful driver and the drive was smooth. I felt relaxed through the journey. Car was also comfortable. I booked a comfort 7 seater for 4 pax. Highly recommend.

When sightseeing in Chongqing, the mountain city, a private car tour is the best choice! Since the attractions are spread out, a private car tour service is truly convenient. Our driver Mr Lang was punctual and safe driver. Along the way there was thick fog, but he safely brought us to the destinations. He gave clear instructions to navigate the 天生三桥.

Our itinerary was very well planned and covered a perfect mix of traditional culture, modern engineering, city viewpoints, and local experiences. We visited Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, Mountain City Trail, Liziba Metro Station, Kuixing Tower, and Ciqikou Ancient Town, all comfortably within a single day without feeling rushed. The highlights for us were definitely the Mountain City Trail and the overall atmosphere of Chongqing itself. Walking through the layered streets, stairways, bridges, and elevated pathways gave us a completely different perspective of urban China. Liziba Metro Station was another memorable stop, seeing the metro train pass directly through a residential building was something truly unique. Hongyadong was visually stunning with its vibrant surroundings. Ciqikou Ancient Town offered a nice contrast to the futuristic side of Chongqing. Overall, the private tour was smooth, well paced, and an excellent way to experience multiple sides of Chongqing within a limited time.

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.

The driver's service attitude was not very satisfactory. After we finished visiting the Dazu Scenic Area, we waited for a long time at the agreed-upon location before we could reach him. Most of the time, he only answered when we asked questions and didn't actively share information about the local culture and customs. Perhaps he hadn't fully woken up yet.
