A huge thank you to Sally for the customized itinerary recommendation! The Changbai Mountain trip left me amazed! The majestic peaks were covered in white snow, resembling a wonderland. I customized a private itinerary, from relaxing in the hot springs to snow hiking, which made for a unique experience. The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. This trip not only allowed me to appreciate the natural wonders but also feel the cultural charm. Highly recommended for friends seeking personalized adventures! This was our first Harbin trip, the extreme cold was what we wanted to experience. The tour was well coordinated, guide and driver are friendly and very experienced. The tour helped with additional options to value add our experience with no obligation. Most of us were able to quickly adjust to Harbin harsh weather and follow the itinerary. Upon booking this package, we were prepared for the local meals and accepted the outcomes. The trip is communicated in mandarin, instructions on activities, meeting place/time were essential for tour participation. Due to seasonal holidays, the large influx of tourists is easy for anyone to be separated. Be sure to have a good roaming data plan to stay contactable, China telecom provides excellent broadband coverage. Overall, we enjoyed the simple nature of Snow Village which shown us the place where time stood still and the marvels of mountainous views.

me and my mother from Indonesia have a great time woth this tour. it's a bit hectic but all go smoothly. our tour guide is Jie Jie, she handle everything good and very impatient to all of ud, especially us, who can't speak Chinese. there may be a little miss communication but she try her best! it's trusted and all good.

Had an amazing experience around snow town and ski trip! Our tour guide (钥匙) is very kind to us and make sure we’re always safe and comfortable during the trip. Even though there’s a communication issue because we don’t understand chinese but thankfully we have translation tools and Wechat so we can navigate easily!

Long Train ride from Harbin to Mohe with hard sleeper train was an unforgettable experience. The transport pickup at the train station was good. A good size if 3-4 paxs per car.. easier to manage and coordinate and good itinerary. Recommend to go via Klook. Well organised.

This tour is definitely a smooth and hassle-free. Destination are nice and hotels are beautiful. All staff are accommodating. Tour guide/driver is very friendly and has a lot of patience. Harbin – Yabuli – China Snow Town: A Trip We Will Never Forget
Our journey to Harbin, Yabuli, and China Snow Town was truly magical. The snow-covered scenery was breathtaking, and Snow Town felt like a fairytale.
What made this trip unforgettable was the people. In Yabuli, I accidentally left my daughter’s Apple Watch in the pocket of a rented ski outfit. I was very worried, but our tour guide 張大漂亮 immediately stepped in, personally accompanying us back to the rental shop and coordinating patiently with the staff until it was resolved.
Thankfully, we retrieved the Apple Watch 🙏 The rental staff were honest, kind, and very accommodating.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing tour guide 張大漂亮 ❤️ Your kindness and dedication went far beyond your role and turned a stressful moment into a memory we will always treasure. Thank you as well to our driver for keeping us safe and comfortable. Truly grateful and highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️

Visited on early November, considered low season and less crowded on the attractions.
Some places are still not operating but tour guide provide alternative plan for us, else refund partially to us.
Free upgrade to comfortable 6 seater car and our tour guide been helping /guiding us all the time. In other terms, very flexible and accommodating our request everytime. He also a funny and cheerful guy - Mr Xue.
Food is nice, service is warm, accomodation is good and convenient to many shops /eateries.
Definitely recommended and they deserve 5 star rating!
