I absolutely loved my stay at Playacar Palace. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a warm towel and a refreshing glass of juice, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing experience. The staff takes care of your luggage and delivers it right to your room, making check-in effortless.
The hotel itself is stunning, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming. My room was beautiful, and the view was just amazing—definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
The food was excellent, and having access to unlimited drinks truly felt like the cherry on top. If you’re traveling with kids, the playroom staff does a fantastic job keeping them entertained, giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy some time to themselves.
I was genuinely blown away by the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!
