Launceston Touren

i enjoyed the tour. the road was bumpy in some places but manageable overall. Jes was a great guide, very knowledgeable and fun. the beach was beautiful with crystal-clear waters.

Bottle of mineral water should be provided as this is a long journey and water station is not accessible along the way. Overall experience is great.

very very good experience! learnt a lot from the guide about the Tasmanian Devils and Quolls! she is amazing and explained very clearly. kudos to her and the team for their conservation efforts and tender loving care to this little ones! I feel the animals are well looked after :) just to note, you are entitled for 24 hours entry before and after your ticket timing, so do visit them again after your stipulated time. highly recommend them if you are in the area. support them as your tickets pay for their conservation efforts!

My friends and I chose to do a full loop around the lake on the day of our tour. The trail was mostly flat, and the scenery along the way was beautiful, featuring both lake views and surrounding forests. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit overcast when we were walking, and we had to rush through the latter half of the walk to make our集合 time, so we couldn't fully enjoy the views. After the walk, we had lunch at a cabin near Ronny Creek. If you have time, you can also take a short, ten-minute walk to try your luck at spotting wombats.

Truly enjoy the day tour to Cradle Mountain from Launceston arranged by McDermott's Coaches. Our guide David not only show us the best location for photoshoots but also gave an enriching history on Tasmania and how Cradle Mountain became a National Park worthy for everyone to enjoy it's scenary. We truly love the story of Gustave and Kate in their efforts in conservation and we understand why as we walk around the mountain immense with it's beauty and scenic view.

The tour guide was very friendly and personable, like a living history book, introducing the history of Cradle Mountain. The private car and lunch included in the tour were very convenient. We also visited Mural Town, but due to its distance, the sightseeing time there was not very long. We had about 1.5 hours for independent hiking before the guide led us on the rest of the tour; more time would have been better. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Wir waren diesmal acht Tage in Tasmanien und haben an mehreren Tagesausflügen teilgenommen. Ich kann den Tagesausflug zur Bay of Fires wirklich am meisten empfehlen, er hat uns am besten gefallen. David ist ein ausgezeichneter, authentischer Reiseführer, die Tour war reibungslos organisiert, die Führung professionell und er hat sich jederzeit freundlich um uns gekümmert. Außerdem waren wir an diesem Tag sechs Teilnehmer, und obwohl wir alle aus verschiedenen Orten kamen und uns zum ersten Mal trafen, hatten wir das Glück, dass alle sehr freundlich und gesprächig waren. Die Atmosphäre der gesamten Gruppe war ausgezeichnet und wir haben wunderschöne Erinnerungen gesammelt. 🩷

Geplante Reise für diejenigen, die nicht oder nicht weit fahren können/wollen. Das Wetter war im Winter schön, was gut zum Wandern ist.

Es war eine sehr angenehme und umfassende Reise rund um die Insel. Wir hatten eine gute Vielfalt an Aktivitäten und Landschaften zu erkunden: Berge, Strände, Regenwälder, Sanddünen. Das Wetter war auch fantastisch, was das Erlebnis noch besser machte. Unser Reiseleiter Jason war während der gesamten Reise ein sehr guter Fahrer und Führer, der dafür sorgte, dass wir immer pünktlich und sicher waren. Höhepunkte waren definitiv Cradle Mountain und die Bays of Fire.
