A rail pass is truly excellent, especially during discount seasons. If your general itinerary is set, a pass valid for several trips within a month is very convenient. Additionally, once you factor in the TGV reservation fee, it's almost the same as the original price, but it's still more cost-effective than booking at the last minute.

Ich bin früh morgens aufgestanden und zum Treffpunkt der Montserrat-Tour gefahren. Ich traf Blanka, die Reiseleiterin von Amigo Tour, und Alex, und wir fuhren gemeinsam mit dem Bus. Die Kommunikation war gut, da sie alles auf Englisch gut erklärt hat, und ich erinnere mich besonders an die sehr detaillierte Erklärung der geologischen Geschichte der Montserrat-Region in Katalonien während der Fahrt. Da ich nur den Transport gebucht hatte, besichtigte ich das Kloster und das Museum individuell. Danach trafen wir uns um 11:45 Uhr auf dem Parkplatz und wurden um 13:00 Uhr wieder am ursprünglichen Treffpunkt abgesetzt.
