Kewen Shuangrong will grandly launch a new exhibition "Island of Beauty-Time-lapse Taiwan Image History" at AMBI SPACE ONE, an immersive new creation that combines ultra-high-quality time-lapse photography with Taiwanese classic songs, leading The audience knows Taiwan that we are familiar with, but we don't know.

From the north to the south, across the mountains to the coast, every place in Taiwan has its own unique beautiful scenery, just like a colorful picture scroll before your eyes. No matter where you are, it is worth visiting "the island of beauty" ", experience this magnificent beauty for yourself.

“Feng Yehui, a cutting-edge photographer, has spent seven years recording Taiwan’s unique mountains and rivers and the changes of the four seasons!” The exhibition gathers Feng Yehui, a cutting-edge photographer from Malaysia, who has traveled all over Taiwan for seven years, accumulating more than 100,000 kilometers, injecting endless enthusiasm and determination to shoot extremely shocking time-lapse video works. Visit Jiaming Lake, Ma Zulan’s Tears, Green Island, the night view of Great Taipei and other familiar scenes. Through his unique perspective, he presents the unimaginable beauty of Taiwan.

“The Sound of the Bay Orchestra re-interprets Taiwan’s representative repertoire, presenting an immersive movement with local connotation and emotion!” In addition to the shocking and beautiful images, the music is performed by the Wansheng Orchestra, which has been cultivating Taiwan’s local music culture for a long time. Accompanied by the time-lapse video works complement each other, it brings moving resonance and affects the emotions of the viewers. In addition to experiencing the classic performance version at the exhibition site, Wansheng Orchestra—Director Li Zheyi specially created “environmental sound effects” for the exhibition, with AMBI SPACE ONE’s unique 16.1-channel surround sound field, and actually felt the clouds and fog with hearing The tranquility of the surrounding mountains or the breeze blowing in the shadows of trees, as if you are in the scene, satisfying a completely different audio-visual enjoyment.

【About the creative team】

About: Feng Yehui, a cutting-edge photographer Born in Johor, Malaysia in 1996, now lives in Taichung, and continued to create in New Zealand in February 2023. In September 2015, I went to Taiwan to study abroad and studied at Qinyi University of Science and Technology. I started photography because of my contact with the department. During my stay in Taiwan, I saw director Zeppelin’s “Seeing Taiwan” and Chen Zhitong’s “Time-lapse Taiwan” series, and started to travel all over Taiwan to create video records. He won the championship of the 2020 8KRAW Photography Contest and the runner-up of the National Student Photography Contest.

About: One Song Orchestra “One Song Orchestra” is the only professional orchestra in Taiwan that values Taiwanese music culture. With the help of the international language of classical music, we insist on playing only two kinds of music: one is music written by Taiwanese, and the other is music composed with Taiwanese materials.
