While cherishing the traditions that have lasted for thousands of years, we continue to pursue innovation and evolution. It is even more famous as a pioneer in combining sushi and wine. Please enjoy fresh ingredients delivered directly from Toyosu Market every day, and traditional Edomae sushi carefully prepared by artisans.

Things to note when entering the store are as follows:
- Slippers, vests and shorts are not allowed into the store
- Do not enter the store wearing perfume or strong-smelling antiperspirant
- Please mute or turn off any devices that make sounds, such as mobile phones.
- It is prohibited to talk on the phone, change seats without permission or make loud noises in the store
- The set menu is for reference only. The actual menu will be adjusted according to seasonal ingredients. Please refer to the day for details.

- The dining time is limited. If the dining time is shortened due to factors such as lateness, no refund will be given
- Children aged 0 to 5 are not allowed to enter the store. Children aged 6 and above are allowed to enter the store
- Children aged 6-15 can eat for free with other guests or order additional food at the restaurant

- The length of stay varies for each package:
