  • For luggage delivery from hotels to the airport, the pick up time must be within 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up should be shouldered by the customer
  • Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with customer service staff. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and KongShouDao Luggage Agent no longer bears any responsibility
  • If the luggage fails to conform to any existing airport legal rules such as bearing of plants, animals, drugs, explosives items, and the like, the operator reserves the right to refuse the luggage even if the booking is successful. Customers must bear all the losses and legal liabilities
  • CNY800 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred due to delays, losses, and damages. It does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
  • The luggage service is available for hotels in Shanghai City only (within Shanghai Suburb Ring Expressway)

KAUFEN SIE NICHT MIT DIESEM 4$$H0L3 KURIER !!! Ich habe bestellt, mein Gepäck am 28. Oktober 2018 vom Campanile Natural History Museum Shanghai zu meinem anderen im Ramada East Shanghai abzuholen. Am 27. versuche ich, sie per WhatsApp und SMS zu kontaktieren, um meine Bestellung zu bestätigen, aber keine Antwort. Ich bat sogar das Hotelpersonal, einen Ortsanruf zu tätigen, antwortete aber nicht. Am 28. Morgen, bevor ich zur Tour aufbreche, versuche ich sie immer noch per WhatsApp, SMS zu erreichen und bat das Hotelpersonal, sie erneut anzurufen. Aber immer noch keine Antwort ... Ich beschließe, meine 2 Gepäckstücke in meinem Campanile zu lassen, da ich bereits eine Ganztagestour gebucht habe. Wenn die Tour endet, bringen sie uns um 19 Uhr zum Ramada. Ich war schockiert, dass mein Gepäck nicht da ist und sich noch im Campanile befindet (ich weiß das, weil ich die Mitarbeiter von Ramada gebeten habe, Campanile anzurufen). Keine Benachrichtigung, kein Anruf, keine SMS, kein WhatsApp oder was auch immer für uns. Sie holen einfach mein Gepäck nicht ab und liefern es aus. Ich eilte zurück zum Campanile und es dauerte 2,5 Stunden, bis ich mein Gepäck nach Ramada zurückgebracht hatte. Auf dem Rückweg bekomme ich eine Antwort von ihnen, dass es nicht ihre Bestellung war. WTF? Das Fazit lautet: VERWENDEN SIE DIESEN KURIER NIEMALS, es sei denn, Sie bereiten sich darauf vor, enttäuscht zu werden und zu Ihrem vorherigen Hotel zurückzukehren !!! Du wurdest gewarnt !!!
