We booked a joining room with 3 adults and 3 kids it was perfect for the kids to have their own space. They provided shampoo,conditioner,body wash and a hairdryer. The rooms were very clean and nice. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage and explore until check-in. The staff was super helpful! They also provided umbrellas. There is a washing machine with a few. Very close to the temple and food.

Great spacious room, very cute setting. A wonderful Onigiri shop right around the corner opens at 8 am you have to try. Wonderful location and super helpful staff.

The hotel is located close to main transit options, it was clean but the room was too dark. The window faced to a wall and the window covering didnt allowed the light thru also the lights were not to bright so the room felt really dark and a little claustrophobic. There are a few restaurants near by but definitely there are better areas in kyoto to stay
