Great location & good facilities, Only complaint, management though polite, seems chaotic. A big junk room at the entrance & differing staff every few hours?

This was a small (typical of Japan) but cozy place. It had everything that we needed (e.g., fridge, ac, oven, microwave, washer) and we enjoyed our 4-nights stay. The weekend price was a bit higher than what I expected and there was no black tea. Otherwise, everything was great.

It’s a ways away from Kyoto Station so good luck getting too and from with luggage (you can take the karasuma line from Kyoto station and walk about 20 minutes and mostly even sidewalk).
