Overall, we had a pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues. One area that could be improved is the level of warmth and friendliness from some of the staff. The front desk team and especially the breakfast staff were professional and efficient, but a more welcoming and personable approach would further enhance the guest experience. The breakfast itself was good and offered a satisfactory selection. While there was nothing wrong with the food, the presentation felt somewhat basic and functional rather than inviting. A bit more attention to presentation and atmosphere could make the breakfast experience feel more special and memorable.

This hotel was modern and in a very convenient location. Clean and well maintained and with a helpful staff. We had breakfast there on one morning, but did not particularly like it - but that could be a personal taste.

Nice hotel. 5 to 10 minute walk to a metro station. Walkable to Gion district but taking a bus was easy as well. Room was spacious by Japanese standards.

Room was decent in size, clean, with comfortable beds ( we stayed in a triple room). There were free toiletries. One thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room. It was located on the 9th floor, shared by everybody. Plus there was no iron inside the room, you need to borrow it from the front desk. We didn’t avail of the breakfast buffet bec it was pricey. We buy our food from the 2 supermarkets just steps away from the hotel, which is for me, the best thing about this hotel. Plus it is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to the shopping district in kawaramachi area. Over all this is a great hotel. I would recommend it to anybody.

Breakfast very crowded and so so. Good location, but very noisy due to cars racing on street outside. Bring earplugs. Otherwise, nice hotel. Good price too
