My first time at a hostel. The experience was better than anticipated. The property looks new, clean. Staff speaks English n helpful. Was in a room with 10 cabins (2 levels). Was allocated the upper cabin.
A safe with the same cabin number was allocated. To enter the room, the card key has to be used. Good security.
Cabin mattress was clean and cosy. With hooks for hangers, slippers provided and a ledge awards the end side of the cabin convenient to put stuff.
Shower was really clean and all necessary shampoo, shower gel, etc r provided.
Was a good experience.
I can lock my luggage (no charge) after check out and collect it later.

The room was lovely and comfortable, the showers were clean and tidy. Everyone there was super lovely and gave us some great recommendations for Kyoto.
