Staffs were really helpful with wonderful service. Amenities in the rooms with great quality stuffs. Yukata is provided. Relaxing environment with old style bathtub.

The room is clean, the staffs are lovely, the location is convenient and quiet, the breakfast (we ordered the Japanese version) is high quality, the toiletry set got everything (face care, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), they also provide us umbrellas when it was raining, hand warmer pad when it was cold, top service - in short, we had a very pleasant stay, we are very grateful 🙏

The best service ever! A very traditional room, quiet atmosphere, very attentive staff and a unique Kyoto character. Hard to beat this service and quality anywhere in the World, even 5 star hotels!

Stayed for 3 nights September 25’. Everything except the heat and humidity were fantastic. The staff is wonderful. Our room was spotless. Everything you need is either within walking distance or a train or bus stop is within 6-8 minute walk. Beautiful place. We would highly recommend.

We enjoyed the Kyoto Takasegawa Bettei because it was a Japanese style hotel. Everyone was so helpful! The cedar tub and Japanese Breakfast were very enjoyable. We’ll be back!

I loved my stay at this space. The rooms and bathroom were stunning. The wood tub was a true standout! The breakfast being served to your room was also a real delight. And the bed was so sumptuous.
