We have stayed at the hotel before, but in this occasion the staff were rude and ill-equipped to help with enquiries. Once again the checkout process was painful and this time, tried to charge me twice for our stay.

bathroom way too small for two people Concierge knowledge average trying to charge service fee on top of final account an absolute disgrace i complained and it was taken off wouldn’t come back to this hotel

An old classic building which has been well restored. Facilities are excellent and staff are attentive and helpful. Location is convenient for Sloane Square.

The hotel is situated in a nice area of London.The room was extremely small and had no view at all (looking at the roof of the building next door).We were ask to pay for early check in which was a bit odd , but the staff was helpful and friendly.
