Very spacious and clean room with many amenities . The front desk are extremely helpful and go an extra mile to make the stay even more comfortable. All the services are impeccable

Issues with security and not respecting the Do Not Disturb sign. Night manager was rude and arrogant. Day manager was professional and attempted to make up for the problems, but it was too little, too late. Do not bother paying extra for the room with a 'terrace' as it is a Juliette balcony/lexge and nothing more! Absolutely not worth paying premium. Spa is nice. Salon is lovely. Breakfast in the 'restaurant' is awful/a complete waste of time. Order breakfast via room service for much better and more quantity food and way better service (with a small service fee, usually around 5-10£, nothing more). Bellhops and doormen are lovely. Location is top notch, but hotel is over priced.
