It was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, great location for Buckingham Palace, very comfortable indeed and great value for money. I had asked if my room could be ready a little earlier so I could get changed for an event and they did all they could to make it happen!

very clean. the only problem is THE LIFT was on maintenance on and of. I think they need new LIFT. The old one is finished and must be replaced by new one.

The service was first class from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and very competent and rooms were kept immaculately and great flexibility with service etc. It is situated in a great location for all the best that London has to offer and Shepherds Market is a great spot on its doorstep
