The room was good but was not a fan of the packet of soaps/shampoos and no conditioner plus the towel were a bit rough. The host was responsive to our needs and has good respond time. Overall, for the price you are paying compare to the other expensive hotel, if you need a place to sleep for a good price you can come here.

Stunning charachter property, perfect for an overnight stay. Marco was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was easy to find and so close to everything. It was mine and my mother's first time in Italy, and it couldn't have been any more perfect. We will definitely be returning!

The water was only ever lukewarm, which would be a problem in colder weather, and I've never stayed in a hotel where they don't provide anything to drink from! The breakfast (at a local cafe) was nice - albeit they didn't open on Saturday, with no reason given, which was bizarre. Friendly and helpful staff

The room was a little smaller than expected, I think the listing could do with adding some room specific photos. But everything we needed was there, it is a great location, most of Rome is within a 20-30 minute walk. Lots of very good restaurants all around, and definitely less touristy than the other side of the River

Lovely place to stay in the Pratti neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants around. Carli and his staff were wonderful and made us feel at home. Would definitely stay thete again.
