We had a great time in this hotel. The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice and clean. The location was pretty good. With a 15-20 mins walk to the shopping centre.

Breakfast menu was a bit funky for our taste, but there were options we could have. Room was spacious. Everything was super clean. Staff spoke well english and were very nice and courteous.

The hotel was excellent. Helpful staff and very clean. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Very short walk to the subway. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, close to the subway station and other locations. Staff were very helpful and so nice. Hotel provided great amenities. Enjoyed my stay here, would stay here again and would recommend it.

Close to Gojo station, only one stop from Kyoto station. Restaurants in the area and good connection to most subways.

Great location as lots of restaurants and shops close by. 15 minute walk to Kyoto station and to Nishikki market. Good selection of food for breakfast. The onsen was great to use after last ng days.

Tiny room....the hotel gave us 3 beds for 4 people and there was no room to walk, old room, didn't look clean, ton of people using elevators at same time so wait time takes forever, staff makes you go to the front desk to get things if you need it like an extra blanket or pillow.
