Fantastisk
This hotel was a real diamond. The area did not feel as welcoming as the other places we stayed in Rome but walkable from Trastevere station. When arriving the hotel staff were excellent and the amenities of the hotel including the rooftop pool were a useful and often essential end to our journeys each day The breakfast was inclusive for us and well worth having. All in all a great hotel but arrive/leave by taxi if possible for full security

The staff was nice and the hotel was cute but just did not feel super clean but clean enough. I had some issues with the restaurant and the AC wasn’t cooling great. Not a great location for tourists but they have some nice rates for transportation to the city center

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the H10 Citta Roma. It was a very nice and well maintained property. The hotel restaurant was great. The roof top pool and gym were small and always busy. The rooms were nicely updated and had wonderful Nespresso machines for your morning coffee. Our only concern was the location is not close to a train station so traveling to different areas took extra time and usually a taxi. It is semi walkable but not in a high shopping and eating area. Although we really liked the property we would probably stay in a more walkable area and closer to the train station next time.

The staff was great and always courteous. The room and hotel appearance impecable. Breakfast selection was well rounded and lots of options. As a frequent traveler, first time in Europe. It was not pleasant walking into our room extremely hot. And the air conditioner did not work properly I barely slept at night. They had maintenance try to fix it but unsuccessful.

My husband and I first stayed in this wonderful hotel 13 years ago and it was just as great as we remembered. The rooms are clean and modern and the amenities are wonderful. When my luggage was lost, the staff were so wonderful at trying to help out. Their care and concern was so appreciated. We highly recommend the hotel!

The Hotel is lovely, clean, great amenities and close to metro whether bus or train. Staff were very helpful to us. Great breakfast available too.

Great location walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very helpful, room was clean and bright with great air con. Rooftop pool good for cooling down after a day of sightseeing. No 170 bus took us into central Rome. Would definitely stay here again.
