The location was outstanding. Easy access to the subway. The breakfast had great selection of foods and of high quality. The room was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location, few mins to subway. Breakfast was very nice. I also borrow 3 pins to 2 pins adaptor from front desk. Will definitely consider this hotel next time.

Overall a great stay! I’m not sure if it was the case for every floor, but it was very handy having a washer and dryer on the floor I was staying, instead of it w’being seperate. The hotel itself was a great location! Only a couple of minutes walk to a main train station, and about 15 minutes walk to the main shopping/market area, without the hotel’s location being too hectic with people. The room was somewhat small, but this is to be expected with hotels in Japan, so wasn’t really an issue for me.

Convenient, close to plenty of restaurants and transportation. The lobby area could use an upgrade, specially the bathrooms downstairs. Otherwise, good.

Very comfortable room with good sized bathroom and XL twin beds. AC was more adjustable than a typical hotel room and kept the room at the perfect temperature. I had a very restful experience. I didn't get to try the breakfast because that feature was closed over the day I was there. The amenities area offered a washer/dryer (one each per floor), a microwave and a beverage vending machine (also out of service during my stay). I highly recommend this hotel for business travellers and those who like their room a bit larger than what you may find in Japan for the price.

Everything was clean and the staff was amazing, they let you store your bags there after check out so you can do some more exploring of Kyoto and all it has to offer!
