We rented the Junior Suite for a Family of 5, as is common in many parts of Asia, the room size was smaller when compared to Western hotel standards, but the layout was extremely efficient and well planned. The room included all the necessary amenities, made excellent use of space, and was comfortable, clean, and convenient. A great plus for traveling families is the In-Room washer/dryer. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great example of thoughtful hotel design in a compact space.

Good location, about 15 minutes walk to Kyoto Station depending on your pace. All the basic amenities you would need to be comfortable. Combination washer / dryer was very useful. We washed every night, 5 sets of light clothing and it was clean and dry by the morning. Able to warm up food or cook simple things if needed. The staff was very pleasant and always greeted us. Would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, answered questions and helped up book res for lunch. Hotel was convenient to train and buses, restaurants and bars nearby, also 7-11 and stores. Room was clean and had separate toilet room from the bathroom Also had washer in room which was convenient.

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.
